I know I might just be psyching myself out but I’m having trouble understanding when schools sent out secondaries. I’ve received a few already, some from schools that screen and some that don’t. However, there’s still schools in my list that don’t usually screen that haven’t sent me secondaries yet even though on SDN it shows that they normally send out secondaries relatively early like June 29-30ish. What’s concerning me is that my app was sent with the first couple batches since I was verified relatively early and am wondering are those schools just not interested in my application or do they send out secondaries later to some students even if they are in the first batch to get verified.

I’ve seen some conflicting opinion on school admission percentiles. I saw post where the person had a 507 and was applying to a school with a 510 median and was told that he wouldn’t even be brought up in conversation even though he was at the 25th percentile. While some other post someone had a 503 and was applying to a school with a 509 median and was told he had a genuine shot since he was still at the 10 percentile and had some ISS bias. What my question is at what percentile does a school become a reach or a long shot.

I know it’s common practice to use pseudonyms in the application but is it necessary to put quotes around the name the first time around or is it a given that the name is fake.

Little off topic but I was curious normally how long does it take your MCAT score to be released from AAMC to AACOMAS.
