Ham and cheese slider from Safeway

Snack pack from Safeway...

8 grapes, 7ish pretzels and two ham and cheese sliders

I know:

Two Hawaiian king rolls 180cal

Pretzel Crisps 28g 110cal (package says thats about 10 crisps)

8 grapes 28cal (according to google)

What I need help with:

Idk how to guesstimate on the cheese or ham!!

I dont mind entering the calories for 10 Crisps even though I only ate 7, that math is too trivial for me.

Its the sliders I need help with!

Is this true?

Hi everyone, I’m new to trying to eat healthy and watch what I eat. Saw this at the store and got it but wanted to see if this is just false advertising lol obviously I’ll count whatever calories in the dressing I add to it, but just wanted to see what y’all thought. Thanks in advance!

Can we trust supermarket labels for stuff like this?

If so, I can start making healthier eggplant parm at home with less cheese or something maybe. It may still amount to the same calories but at least it isnt high sodium either. I weighed these pieces out to be half or something I forget. I included the portion that I ate which was 168 grams at 210 calories logged.

1 and 1/2 slices of pizza and 2 garlic knots

Could I get an estimate for this? I had one slice and a half of a slice of a 16inch large pizza, (the smaller pieces I could find) and 3 garlic knots at a pizza place by my house. Not worried about the dipping sauces (marinara and blue cheese) just the food :) thank u!!

!!! I take the pepperoni off my pizza, and the slice of American cheese is for size reference lol !!!
Also caption meant to say 3 knots

Calorie estimate for this chicken breast?

This chicken breast was very big and slightly wet with likley oil. Not loads though. There was a massive stick of butter in the potato that I quickly removed but some melted into it.

unweighted pasta

the sausages are 80 cals each so that’s 160 and i estimate the tomatoes are about 22 each but i have no idea how much the pasta would be (whole wheat spaghetti 337kcal/100g dry weight)

How is this accurate?

When I go to hibachi, I expect my hibachi chicken or shrimp to be 800 due to oils, butter, portions, other additives, etc. Am I interpreting this incorrectly or is hibachi chicken and shrimp actually only 150-200 calories? I chose Benihana this time because they are one of the only hibachi corporations so they actually list their calories (I usually have a local hibachi place by my house). should I still log over 500 cal or is the chicken they put on my plate from the hibachi really only 200?
