Estimates for this massive meat bun?

I saw estimates at about 800 online for similar meat buns but this one is so big that I'm guessing aboutish 1000. It is steamed though, not fried.

How long did it take for you guys to get diagnosed and receive medication?

I'm starting to suspect I have ADHD, and a pretty bad form of it too. It's really starting to badly affect my work and uni life.

I'm constantly requesting extensions for assignments, yet still missing the deadlines – for one assignment I didn't even hand it in – and I'm not studying for exams at all. Sometimes I'll sit there at my desk wanting to start working on the stuff I need to, but I just remain a complete sitting duck. My GPA dropped from a perfect 7.0 to 5.0.

I'm always showing up late for work as well, and I've noticed I've been getting much more sloppy and lazy with my work.

I'm so burnt out, I desperately need to receive some form of treatment now if I want to salvage my uni life, but I'm so scared it'll take months or even years. Is there any way to receive a quicker diagnosis? I'm in NSW if it helps.

Left deli turkey, sliced cheese and raw bacon in my bag unrefrigerated for about 4 hours or more, is it still safe?

I stopped by the grocery store on my walk home from uni today and decided to just store the turkey, cheese and bacon I bought in my backpack (it's a large bag with lots of compartments, so it wasn't kept in there with my laptop and textbooks) for the time being so I didn't have to buy a bag. I totally forgot about them when I came home though, and left them to sit in there for about four, or maybe more hours. Are they still alright, or should I chuck them? I've read that 2 hours is the max for this stuff to be kept unrefrigerated, but they visually look alright, and smell okay too...
