How do I change my name?

We just got married- yay! We're wanting to merge our last names so the both of us will need to change our names.

Ive tried googling what to do and the form (ss-5 i think) that Google says to fill out either feels like its meant to be done after the name change or like to fill it out on behalf of someone else.

So is there something else I should do first before I go to social security, or what? Im lost 😮‍💨 I need a step by step guide or something from someone who knows what they're doing please😭

what did I get myself into?? Advice needed

Update: since Ive been really wanting to make one of these anyway, I offered to do it for $80. She gave me $100. Im taking it as a win. So, I dont ever do commissions. Like ever. However, ive been really wanting to make one of these and just so happens- a really nice lady found me and asked me to make he the African flower tarantula. She already paid for the pattern. She told me to ask around about pricing, what is a fair price for the both of us? If you've already made one, what is some advice you can give about the process? This picture isnt the specific pattern but the color ideas she wants.
