After I finished they ask if I speak extra languages and i press yes normally they send 15 min extra assessment but this time. Didn't and the application show completed any experience??

I got rejected to much while iam applying for customer service role I work in transguard as a Chauffeur Driver for first-class service for Emirates so I impact daily with busines calss pax and first-class pax also and I know the operations .
Iam Arabic also my English is good not bad its c1
I have college degree in Data Information Systems.
I had before mostly hotels experience as a front for house I speak also basic of Germany language and some of Russian also .
4 years in uae alot of certificates from past hotels .
I dont know what I should to do I like Emirates Airline and my dream is to be part of it .
So please need some tips and information to make pass that interview
