What percentage of the population serves cold tomato sauce directly from the jar onto hot noodles?
My Friend and I are having dinner and we are debating whether this is “normal “in America or not— she grew up in a home where her family poured cold sauce onto their noodles and ate it just like that- she noted that the best nights were when the sauce was from a new jar so it was served at room temperature.
She is under the assumption that a large percentage of the population eats their pasta this way.
Please help settle this debate… is this normal and common practice?
