What’s one ingredient that instantly makes homemade food taste better?
I’ve been cooking at home more often and I wanted to know one thing like if there’s one ingredient you always keep in your kitchen because it noticeably improves almost any dish. I’m not asking for anything too fancy, just something that makes a real difference.

reddit.comHow am I supposed to handle chia seeds
My dilemma is:
Ive been a big fan of rice pudding recently, but it’s not very nutritious. So I’ve been adding fruits, eggs, and more recently, blended chia seeds (not a fan of the texture if I don’t blend).
However, I know people say you NEED to soak chia seeds first. Therefore, should I be soaking first and THEN blending them? Or is it fine to just blend straight up and mix it in?
