Is there any other solution for dealing with a narcissistic mother besides cutting her off and distancing myself from her?
I have a narcissistic mother, and after a long search, the only solution seemed to be leaving home. However, I live in a conservative society and cannot live alone without being married — and I don't want to get married right now, so I am forced to stay at home.
How can I have a healthy relationship with her? I mean, I try to avoid everything that triggers her narcissism, but I don't succeed. When she gets angry, she says harsh things without considering others' feelings, and when she's in a good mood, she can be wonderful.
I'm exhausted from all this oscillation in the relationship, and I can't be the obedient girl she dreams of having.
Any words from you would be very helpful to me — I really need that. Thank you in advance.

I am a Narcissist mother daughter?!
I don't know how to start explaining or from where I should start telling my story. I think I have an Nmom, but I am really not sure about it and so confused. I did a lot of research to understand the situation and decide if my mom is or is not a narcissist, and with every new clue that I realize, I say, "No, maybe it was really my fault, not hers."
I knew about Nmom suddenly, out of nowhere, about two months ago, and tried to understand it and compare it to my case, but until now I can't see it clearly. So please, can you give me some advice based on your experience?
Note: English is not my first language, so please excuse me if there are any mistakes.
