I like the big Salsa of Arabian taste, a bit spicy with a good tomato taste, another one would be the spicy hummus of Sam's Lebanese Delights.

These help me enjoy roasted chickens other than the usual hot sauce or ketchup.

Bonus question: What places do you like in Zamboanga that sells good chicken fried or roasted?

I have been frying chicken weekly tried simple brine then later on Pepper, paprika.

Before cooking prepared the coating so far tried flavored flour coating and simple flour one even without.

I'm exploring the fried chicken adventure, guide me as I fry my way.
