Long glute muscle -
Have been working out for one year now and glute projection is still modest. I think I just have really long glutes and will not achieve the bubble butt or shelf am dreaming about. BMI is about 21.2. 65kg, 175 cm. Any success stories that proof it is possible to build a shelf with long glutes and long femurs?
