9 Weeks on Reta

Started at 151lbs and I’m currently at 140lbs.
Weight loss has been so slow not the miracles I see happening here or online.
My dosage has been slow so I guess that’s expected?
First 5 weeks at 0.5mg (I react very strongly to things and wanted to ease myself into it)
1 week on 1mg didn’t feel like that was enough
2 weeks on 1.5 which felt fine
I’ve upped my dose again and now have finally hit 2mg this week. In an ideal world I want to lose 10lbs by end of the month or second week of September.
I work out 5-6times a week get 8k minimum steps in a day
Diet is hard I’ve been eating very clean but have a hard time hitting protein goals
Also started “fibre maxing” with 2tbsp of basil seeds a pint of blueberries per day.
I plan on jumping on protein shakes in the morning but I work a 9-5 and don’t take lunch to work.
For workouts I’ve started using ladder this week, following Aria Vince Ascend program and I’m sweating BRICKS after each workout.
