Police riding without helmets and skipping signals on Althan Road

Yesterday evening on Atlanta Eliza Road, Althan, Surat, I saw two police officers on an Activa riding without helmets. They were driving recklessly, skipping multiple traffic signals, and ignoring the same rules that everyone else is expected to follow.
