Hello, just got home from a walk up the hill- sadly couldn't get to the viewpoint due to the expansion of the construction works up there. Does anyone know if it is possible to get up to the top near the TV masts from the St Thomas side? Also, does anyone know anything about the plaque in the picture?

Does anybody recall an ad from way back, possibly late 70s or very early 80s for an ad for England's glory matches? It featured a group of red winged devils hanging up washing on a line? It's a very vivid memory I have but can't find any reference to it online and also cannot find the ad itself. Any help would be much appreciated 👍
