First time Crz owner

I’ve had this low miles (40k 😁) crz for about 2 months now, just got a couple questions for the guys that know more than me.

I definitely drive harder than the last driver and I put the cvt to work, would you guys recommend just doing the trans oil now to give me a little more longevity? Pretty mechanics inclined so I’d do it myself, or look into it at least, but is it hard to do solo or anything I should be aware of?

Door handle snapped off from the heat (I presume?) got a replacement how hard is that? Do I have to take the whole door card off? I haven't looked into it yet just to upsetting

I have the standard navigation head unit, and it says it’s like December 31st 2007, and I can’t figure out how to fix the date on it, is it doable? Also I see there is a subwoofer on the audio setup screen, can I put a performance replacement in, like a kicker 8” if it’ll fit, or will it just be more worth my time to throw a box in the back and wire that all up? And back to the head unit, do people put modern Apple CarPlay units and what one does everyone recommend? And they make things to keep the steering wheel buttons still work with it?

Last thing does anyone have anything to free some hp or is that not a good idea with a cvt? And is there any button patterns or combo to “unlock” the car?

Thank you guys sorry for the long post, I’m coming from a 89 Honda Crx so this is quite a jump for me but thank you guys!

Had anybody flash tuned their crz?

Picked up a auto 2011 with 40k miles, wanted to get a little more out of it so I looked into flash tuners and haven’t heard of many people doing it but I know there’s some out there for mpg and hp increase, does it risk reliability? Is it smart? Any little mods, ie air intake exhaust those kinda things to get a little more?
