It was launched in China a couple of days ago, but does anyone know when it will be available for purchase elsewhere?

I need a powerful gaming tablet that can do emulations well and handle demanding games without too many issues. I’m also planning to use it to watch things on Netflix/youtube. Good battery life is also very important. As mentioned in the title there’s no budget, so what’s the best of the best out there?
