i got 2 vials of sculptra all in the midface and now panicking that it was too much. How much volume can i expect?

I have subtly gaunt cheeks in the center and accordion lines and a little sagging by my mouth, so Sculptra seems like a great solution. But when i got it done I just went with the provider’s recommendation to do 2 vials instead of 1 and now regretting it.

Was 2 vials really noticeable for others? How much volume are we talking here? I don’t want to distort /change my face that much.

can i use a biostimulator in only specific areas i want volume, almost like a filler? (hollows of cheeks)

my face has good volume everywhere except the hollows of my cheeks which are gaunt, with prominent accordion lines when smiling. I dont want to use HA filler. Could I meso PCL (Miracle L) or PLLA (Mayster) only in this area to gradually thicken the skin there and balance the volume?

i have great skin in every area except around my mouth, which really ages me. i’ve bought PDO Mono PDO threads to try, haven’t yet. I’m wondering if that’s a good strategy or PCL / PLLA meso would help too.
