Need some advice on learning Emirati dialect of Arabic / crossposting for reach!

Hello everyone, I'm an expat working in the UAE since 2024. I work in the communications domain, and given the rising importance of Arabic in the professional space and how deeply tied the local dialect is to the culture and people, I want to make an effort to become well-versed in the language.
While I know there are several online courses and training institutions available, I'm the sort of person who can only pick up a language through natural immersion. As I don't have any Emirati friends or colleagues, could you kindly recommend some YouTube vlogs, fictional shows, cartoons, podcasts, etc., which are entertaining and have subtitles? My goal is to enjoy content while subconsciously training my brain to recognize the language, specifically this dialect, as I intend to stay in the UAE long-term. I would appreciate any help and recommendations, thankyou in advance!
For context, I can read and write Arabic but cannot understand it.
