Queue Increase
I work for TD Bank US and I’ve worked as a contact center rep in D2D for about three and a half years. Over the last few months since our last shift bid the queue is absolutely insane. Mondays are well over 500 calls in queue some days and everyday I clock in at 9:15am there’s at least 180 calls to start the day. What is going on? Are people being fired or quitting ? I don’t remember the last time the queue was consistently this horrible.
