Craziest thing you’ve seen
I was talking to a friend and she told me the other day a client fully stood up and changed the song on the iPad. I thought that was crazy. What’s the craziest thing you’ve witnessed?

So I don’t know if you could call this an exercise addiction but (not to make things long) when I discovered [solidcore] and saw the changes it made to my body, I was addicted. I started running, hitting Barry’s and there wasn’t a day where I skipped solidcore. I currently have 1,064 classes and achieved that in under 3 years. Now, as I am 8 weeks away from my first marathon, I have been forced to cancel all of my classes for the remainder of the month. I have a very severe injury on my groin/inner thigh/ (it’s even spreading to my back left glute) from all the double classes, running and not resting for almost 3 years. Now, I know many folks like to take doubles, like that guy that did 9 classes in a day. I understand each body is different but just a reminder that it’s not healthy to take class daily, please follow your spring loads (why the f[]ck was I doing inner thighs with 2 grey 1 white?) and don’t use exercise as a way to punish yourself. AND AGAIN I know all bodies are different and I used to think “oh nothing will happen to me” but my body definitely took a toll on me.
Why does everyone love double wrap day
I’d like to see what the coaches in here think about this because it’s not the first time I’ve heard corporate wanting their coaches to sound the same.
Hey y’all. I’m a client with over 1000 classes. I have made a very nice and strong community and some of the coaches at my studio have become really good friends. I have been invited to audition before (a looong time ago) but my visa wouldn’t allow me to work. Fast forward I am about to get my work permit and, I thought of being core crew but deep inside I’ve always wanted to become a coach. How hard is it to get hired, what’s the tea on promotions, how often do you get evaluated when you first start, how do you start building usual clients?
Came across this video of a coach saying one of her clients hit 7500 classes. (Let that sink in, that’s multiple classes a day). I know some of you know said client and I just wanna say that’s impressive!
I have a groin/inner thigh injury caused by solidcore that prevents me from doing inner thigh days and certain moves including seated crunches have making the pain worse. Keeping my legs straight or butterfly my knees does not work. Is there a way I can keep my legs out of this exercise? I need a bigger modification for this exercise:(
