explanation in the vid, not the cleanest run, there were a lot cleaner runs at 01 11 but they didn't kill.

buff used (genuinely the most broken DA buff i have ever seen lol):

Messed up the skip right at the end:(

Think its illustrative enough, i'm not a lighter or hugo player that much is clear but i think i only lose the 1 stun at the end from misplays. A great run with great subs can probably 57k.

If you're a hugo main, I recommend ignoring Norma's damage contribution ;)

Norma swapping to impact 6 maybe gets 1 more stun but I can't see it outweighing 45% team dps having atk6.

Still working on a banyue 4/4/4, sorry.

Ok so, she actually REALLY wants her sig. This is probably the biggest disparity in the game to a f2p option....

It's less pronounced when norma does less damage but at least for orphie its pretty much a requirement.

Fun team - 6 cost kill 1st try and it wasn't that clean so think even with 5-10m more hp / nerfs can get it done.

Is norma new god?

they removed the 170m defiler so hard to compare

buff here is pretty bad for nicole all the def shred is useless

i think norma = seed now as a cissia support (m2+)

but as a trade off norma's engine is much more relevant now (moreso than dialyn's)

fairly rough run but personally i spend enough time farming windmills on live to do it on beta aswell lol

all the hp's have changed so is rly hard to do version to version comparisons but will come out with some pompey stuff later or a few days with more normal costs (ergo full 01 lol)

Just limit testing.

Agent DMG increases by 20%, and CRIT DMG increases by 30%.

ATK of Agents with Attack specialty increases by 10%. Their Basic Attack and Ultimate DMG increases by 30% and ignore 10% of enemy DEF.

Thoughts:

Seed/Cissia/Norma is just a horror to play.

Cissia + Norma hugely synergistic - a bit worse than dual dps with seed but significantly easier to pilot, will likely perform better for most players.

M2 Cissia + 00 norma probably also steamrolls the boss (as does 00 sunna for seed tbf) but wanted to keep the tests consistent.

M1R0 Norma is actually probably better than M0R1, but I'll keep testing at M0R1 for now because cons on Koleda's signature are hard to come by - the event hotpot engine from a recent event is quite good though.

Sooo much room here for improvement, fun team with super tight stun rots, you can pompey skip too I just need to get some seed runs done on live so I don't have time.

Yes, he did the most damage. Yes, he's the biggest.

Seed / Cissia runs probably next but this was too fun had to do it.

Overall thoughts:
Norma is really fun, think she is really only an upgrade for s1 / low damage carries such as:

Orphie mDPS (sanby should still be stronger into non fire weak)

S11 (should be very strong, i'm not good enough at her to show)

and maybe evelyn, unsure really.

Billy also benefits but sort of just out of the fact that he's a terrible user of dialyn.

For normal teams, Norma is pretty future zone zero - maybe the new MC character synergises, otherwise I'm baffeld slightly...

Fun unit, some QoL changes needed but yeah I will be playing mDPS Norma if they can fix some clunk / improve synergy with orphie / future units.
