Just bought / moved in. Baby will be here in late August so wanting to keep renovations simple and “easy” to knock out over the next month or so.
1st pic is an idea / mock up and 2nd/3rd pic is what it looks like.

I’m thinking tear down upper cabinets, but this leaves me with some limited storage, clean and repaint grout, i would love to sand and repaint cabinets but that would be a big task!
