If I see that i won't meet the 5 minutes or less requirment do i have to go down in the boss fight revive myself and save and quit and go back in? Did it in less than 5 minutes but with 2 other people who already had it and it didn't pop up for me the only one who doesn't have it yet?

Would someone be so kind as to load me into a game of cursed with all of the ashes relics so I can hopefully achieve getting mythic cynic I have one more dark ops to complete to have 15 also do I have to play on Ashes of the dammed to achieve this?
