I'm not new to the Fallout franchise but I am new to Shelter and started yesterday, I can barely get my food, water, and electricity above the minimum green threshold and I want to get out of this state. Is there anything I can do to save my Vault Dwellers?

Me and a friend have been trying to get modding working with a DDL of Yakuza 0, and we have had no luck and are met with only this screen, game was sourced from Ankergames if this helps at all
