Sorry for the pic!!!
I am 6days post op and was not warned about the possible complication of a perforated septum. I feel like I see a gap between the tissue of my nostril and my septum(?) (where the red line is in the third photo) however it is lower and not where I see it occurring in others is this just where the cut was made in surgery or could this be a perforation?
