Hello, just applied for my licence at my local ndls centre in Carlow. I’m aware I’m not a licensed driver technically until I receive it physically by post. I’ve been hearing there’s printing problems, does anyone have a rough eta on how long it’s been taking to receive their licences ? I’m eager to start driving but I will abide by law I’m just an impatient person. My application says it’s already been approved probably because I did it in person rather than online, so yeah just wondering if I’ll be waiting long or not

Learners aren’t allowed to drive alone so can examiners terminate or fail your test if they see you coming into the test centre unaccompanied ? I had someone tell me that and my test is on Friday and I’ve nobody to accompany me… wanted to know if it was true or not

Got a grade 3 for not turning the demisters on for 5 minutes after my windows started to fog , was too focused on driving and in my opinion could still see, got 4 grade 2s for hazards, which the examiner didn’t explain lol, literally have no clue what she’s talking about and she didn’t even mention it to me when I she was giving me the debrief, and one grade 2 each for observation turning right and left which was linked to my mirrors being foggy
