Trip advice Imodium or pepto to avoid breakthrough ?

I’m going on a trip in a couple of days. Ever since I got my gallbladder removed it’s been a rollercoaster. Should I take Imodium also with my bile binders or pepto just avoid breakthroughs ? Has anyone done this better. I really just need a peaceful trip without running to the bathroom. I currently take Colestipol but the dosing is unpredictable at times and I still have breakthroughs and other days I’m constipated.

Gastritis flare ? (no gallbladder)

Last year I was having the worst lower stomach / right side pain. My lower stomach was burning. Ending up in the hospital 5-6 times last summer. A week before my last hospital visit. I had a endoscopy/ colonoscopy that said I had gastritis / ulcers. PPIs weren’t helping and I lost 50 pounds. Went to the hospital and had a hida scan done and CT scan. Which said I had sludge with a 0% EF. Got my gallbladder removed and a lot of things improved except I developed BAM.

Now a year I ate something that wasn’t spicy to me but could have been. I started experiencing diarrhea. Ever since then I have been more bloated. More bowel movements despite bile binders. Waking up with a nawing / hungry feeling. Uncomfortable to lay down at night and slight nausea. I have been getting fuller than usual. Could this be a gastritis flare ? My GIs are useless …. Can Pepcid alone help this flare go away ? I’m not to certain how to make this go away last time it went away after removing my gallbladder.
