Failed to collect my driver's licence within 120, going to reapply tomorrow. How much hassle should I expect?

I renewed my licence last year this time, got a temp licence and alles, and patiently waited for the printing machine to be fixed. Naively, I was watching out for the little SMS that tells you your card is ready. Unsurprisingly, it never arrived.
From what I understand, they destroy uncollected cards after 120 days. Given the timeframe, I am fairly certain that my card has met this fate.
I am going to the Sandton Gautrain DLTC to reapply, fully accepting that I will need to get another temporary licence. On Natis, they kindly advise that the previously applied for card has been issued. How much hassle am I in for?
UPDATE: Thanks for the advice everyone. Sadly, my licence has been sent back and destroyed and I will need to repeat the entire process. The ladies were kind and helpful, however. Learn from my mistakes, kids.
