So, I have been playing my Switch 2 more and more as of late and finally want to upgrade the Joy-Cons. I have the M6 HDs for my OLED Switch and they really are the best Joy-Cons I have owned for the Switch 1. When it comes to the Switch 2 though, I’m a bit lost on which to choose, as it seems both have their trade-offs. So I wanted to ask for some help in deciding

-I exclusively play in handheld mode, it’s not very often I’d play in TV mode if ever. If I were to play in TV mode though, I’d probably use my Pro Controller. The Joycons will basically always be attached to the console.

-I enjoy HD rumble, but I could probably live without it, if it came down to it.

-I don’t really play any games with Gyro controls, at least at the moment.

I feel like I really should get the HD, my only concern there is them not charging unless the screen is on. It seems maybe this issue isn’t as big a deal as some people make it out to be though.

What do you guys think?

UPDATE: I think I’m just going to hold out for a pro version.. I really like Mobapad and I think the M6 HD is the best Switch 1 option without a doubt, I just want something though that has every feature a Switch 2 joycon has. I think I’ll hold out for a pro version of the M12 or a rework.
