I've recently started taking apart my 3ds to paint the shell. I started by using a primer and spray paint it on the the parts of the shell. Unfortunately, one of the ribbon cables got paint on them and I'm unsure if it still works or not. Is there any way of cleaning it up?

All of a sudden I found myself using the pencil tool and it not making any lines that stay on. This is so weird.

How can I solve this?
