Attempted cinnamon bun slices

From Edd kimber small batch bakes, was a bit worried the cinnamon sugar wouldn’t show through the slices but it came out nicely and tasted good 🥳 found his recipes to be really straightforward to follow and the small batch recipes aren’t that expensive to make, worst part was cleaning the baking stuff and kitchen after 🤣

Don’t know if this qualifies as baking

I’ve been trying to reduce my screen time so I started reading some of the pile of cook books I’ve hopefully purchased over the years, I made an attempt at pizza dough and I think it went okay, I had to buy a hob to grill safe pan because I don’t have a pizza oven but I think it went okay, never used yeast in anything before or made any sort of dough that you have to knead.
