Financial Advisor Cost
Hi all,
I’m a new consultant in my first year and I’ve just reached out to a financial advisor for future planning and optimising. The quote I received for the 90-minute consultation and initial advice is in the range of £1000-2000.
I haven’t arranged anything yet. I have to admit that’s way more than what I had in my mind - I may have been too naive idk. Just want to know
(1) if this is in expected range,
(2) from your experience, is it worth it?
I consider myself relatively good with tax, finance, interest, a bit of ISA, and investment. I also have necessary insurance policies (like mortgage, life, critical care etc) and do annual tax rebates yearly. I’m a bit skeptical that if there’s anything significant a financial advisor can add.
TIA
