at the time of form filling, i applied through STATE EWS (same amount eligibility, less land) as i had no CENTRAL EWS.

Now, I don't even have State or Central EWS of this year, will take 2 months to make both. Can i apply through General Category? I thought I can but one of my friends said I can't.

Do I have to Provide Central EWS anyhow, or else I'll get rejected? or I can fill through Gen Category as it's so much of an headeche to make those certificates, have to travel to circle office, 60km away, 5-6 times.
