I did not withdraw from josaa, basically i didnt pay PAF cz i did not want to participate further i mailed josaa about this and they have sent me this.

I did accept a collage through CSAB, and that is why I think what happened to me doesn't make sense.

First here is a timeline of all the payments I did:

30k at the beginning of JoSAA

I got a seat in JoSAA and then withdrew

Decided I wanted to participate in CSAB, so paid 17k at the begging of CSAB
Paid 35k after I got a seat in 1st round

Now the weird thing is that I got a refund of 23k from JoSAA about a month and a half ago(around mid august)

And this is the thing that dosen't make sense to me, why did I get a refund if I accepted the collage??

Has this happened to anyone else??
