Could be something about university, recognition, changing majors, studying while working, scholarships, diplomas, anything really.

There’s probably a lot of stuff people only learn after they’ve already made the decision.

إذا بتختار جامعة دولية، شنو أهم شي بالنسبة لك؟

هل تكون الشهادة معتمدة ومعادلة من وزارة التربية والتعليم؟ ولا اسم الجامعة وسمعتها أهم؟ ولا المرونة لأنك تشتغل؟

ودي أعرف شرايكم وتجاربكم.

Would you still choose the same degree?

Or would you study something completely different?

What happened that made you feel that way?
