My husband got this cheap at an antique store, and thinks it might be a photo of Margaret Hanley of NAU around probably the 30’s (maybe later 20’s). Neither of us can read what it says. It looks like her, but the caption would be helpful for further research. To me the first word looks like Alice, and the very last is sister, but that’s as far as I could get. Any help appreciated!

Quick help- is this mold??

Making a French onion loaf of sourdough using Gruyère and caramelized onion mix ins. I attached my recipe (pic 3). I added in the cheese and onion after the first set of stretch and folds. The only thing I can think is the problem is that I used a smaller than typical bowl and covered it with foil instead of clear wrap. My other loaf looks totally fine and was right next to it for the BF. No spots on that loaf.

Should I shape it or toss it? Or scrap the top part and keep everything else for a slightly smaller loaf?
