Being completely done with Effexor and finally getting past the withdrawals feels amazing. It is like a thick fog has lifted from my mind. Without the medicine weighing me down, I feel a fresh, strong connection to God and the universe. I am not numb anymore. Instead, I feel deeply spiritual and completely in touch with my own true feelings again. Now I'm not saying that Effexor is bad. It definitely had its place getting me through the deep grief of losing my wife of 12 years. She was my first love and I had trouble functioning the grief was so bad. But between therapy and Effexor I got through it. Good luck to everyone out there and if nobody has told you today, I love you.
