Anna's X Union

There is a cafe at Punggol Coast mall. This time I tried the Tuna Crossiant, Hot chocolate and Chocolate Rye Raspberry Broffin with Sea Salt. The tuna Crossiant has a mixture of celery in the tuna that brings out the tuna taste. The Crossiant is crispy and nice. The hot chocolate makes me feel good as it is smooth and has a rich taste. The Chocolate Rye Raspberry Broffin has a strong brownie taste that is both sweet and a little salty. It also has a sour marshmallow on top. It tastes a little strange but I like it. The tuna Crossiant is $7.90, the hot chocolate is $6.50 and the Broffin is $6.90. Altogether the price with a GST of $1.76 is $21.30.

Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu

I have read about this restaurant from Miss Tam Chiak. It specializes in medium rare beef cutlets. I went there to try the Sirloin and Tenderloin set. The beef is not so cooked, so I have to pan fry it a little more to be acceptable for my stomach. I find the beef to be tender and nice. The beef is strong just like the sauce in the picture. The houjica tea has a cooling malt taste. Overall I enjoyed it as the sauce and beef have a strong taste. The receipt is in the last picture. I am going to pay for my bill when I type.

Just BrewIn

In my free time during my shift, I have watched a YouTube video [Dark Side of Singapore/Chinese mafia, strict laws and harsh punishment] and realised the Just BrewIn cafe. I went to the cafe this afternoon to have my lunch. I saw the fish and chips on the menu and ordered it with a cafe latte. I ordered it using my phone and pay using Google Pay. The fish is barramundi, it is tender and flaky. The chips are like a bit thicker fries. The latte has a strong taste and it tastes less creamy than most latte made by other cafés. The fish and chips cost $18.00 and the latte is $4.50. My total spending is $22.50. Overall I like my meal at this cafe

Bei-Ing Wanton Mee

I read about this outlet in a blog that appears on my news feed. Yesterday, I went there as I planned. I purchased a plate of Wanton Mee for $6.00 and a plate of Mentaiko Wanton for $8.00. The coffee shop is called The Bullion Hawker Bar. The drink is homemade lemon tea from Bullion Star which is $2.20. This coffee shop accepts credit or debit card payments. I find that the Wanton Mee has a strong black sauce taste, the noodles are a bit thick. The Cha Siew is chewy and have a strong barbecue taste. All the Wontons are very crispy. The Mentaiko is smooth and salty. Their soup is also tasty, I think that it is a prawn broth. I hope that 1 day, I can enjoy this coffee shop on a cloudy day.
