Do ex franchisee owners count for the injunction?

Could be a dumb question but on a few pods Ben said they are interviewing ex franchisees for part 4. Is this ok for him to post still? Its confusing because most of these pods are when he was under the TRO still so not sure when stuff happens related to timeline and legal updates.

Critical misstep from BAM and Police: Reckless Ben squad vs the 'standard' youtuber antagonizer

With all the interviews coming out, it's been really cool seeing how genuine and laid back the Reckless Ben crew actually is.

I honestly think their biggest advantage is that they're basically a bunch of straight-edge people who just get a thrill from doing crazy projects and just living life. Even Sheldon who has a past for sure but turned his life around which is such an awesome story.

BAM chronies (JJ, BB, Mcneffs ect), Airbnb hosts, and Provo/AFPD seemed to assume they were dealing with the usual YouTube prank channels or obnoxious Kick streamers with a mountain of skeletons in the closet. They probably thought if they dug hard enough they'd FOR SURE eventually find something serious which gave them so much overconfidence to keep pushing and pushing with their actions.

Instead, they seem to have ended up with a group of people who are calm, likable, and about as unassuming as you can get at literally every single interaction.

The BBQ Counselor did a great livestream yesterday [ highly recommend the watch - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TAuv60gitEc&t=4s ] breaking down Reckless Ben's potential legal claims, and one thing he kept coming back to was how much juries tend to respond to people they genuinely like and trust.

BAM and the PDs have to be shittin' bricks. Such a clear Good Guys vs Bad Guys situation the juries are going to see so fast.

The more I watch, the more the scales show the level of the Mcneff’s incompetence. Incompetence vs Malice?

After watching the full interview with Ki and the Gormans, it is truly shocking that BAM leadership would give a highly sensitive responsibility to such an inexperienced employee. These conversations are high risk from both a potential PR nightmare (lol) and potential litigious exposure. Also props to Ben Gorman remaining so calm with such an unprofessional and startling takeover conversation with Ki.

I’ve also been in board rooms with probably 500+ CEOs and it is truly shocking to me that Ammon would even go out to talk to Ben. (part 3 - I think they mentioned the conversation with Ben was over THIRTY minutes…)

It really highlights the level of incompetence of Ammon and Matt.

In the beginning I thought they were more truly malicious leaders, but its clear now that they have no clue what they are doing and they are just spoiled brats trying to grow their company like its a video game or something.

IMO - 60% incompetence 40% malice

No clue how to get rid of these “water marks” on trim

At a loss here. Nothing I do helps to remove these spots. They appeared randomly after a very wet and extremely hot few weeks. Any advice is much appreciated

BAMs next steps to actually survive? My thoughts: Throw JJ and BB under the bus HARD

With the recent information that they've apparently had the Google Sheets inventory list dating back to 2024, it seems like BAM's only real path forward is to completely throw BB and JJ under the bus and settle with Ben and the team. (Which, with mediation coming up, was probably the likely outcome anyway.)

I honestly don't see how BAM survives this unless they completely overhaul their franchise practices and publicly distance themselves from JJ and BB by claiming they withheld information. I could also see BAM pushing the narrative that they were misled by JJ and BB throughout the process, and that trust influenced some of their actions against Ben and Brian. If that happens, I'd imagine any fallout for JJ and BB would mostly be handled behind the scenes.

Just to be clear, I'm playing devil's advocate here and looking at this purely from a strategic standpoint. Personally, I'm about as anti-BAM as it gets at this point, and I don't see myself ever supporting them especially if the McNeffs are still running the company. I'm only talking about what I think their best legal/PR play would be, not what I want to happen.

Other than the McNeffs selling BAM entirely, what do y'all think are the realistic paths for the company to come out of this?
