Are football kits trying too hard now?

The 2026/27 kit drops are getting more experimental, but I'm starting to miss simple designs. Give me clean colors, a good collar, and a strong badge over five different patterns every time. At what point does "creative" just become too much?

A jacket over a jersey looks way better than it sounds.

Try a football jersey under a simple bomber, denim jacket, or zip-up when it gets cooler. It makes the kit feel like part of the outfit, not just something you wore to the game.

Adidas, why does the new Bayern collar look like that?

The 2025-26 Bayern home has the classic red-and-white thing going for it, but that collar feels way too busy. The shirt looks clean from a distance, then the neckline starts doing its own thing. Am I the only one who thinks the collar is messing up an otherwise solid kit?

Your jersey collection probably hates those cheap wire hangers.

Thin wire hangers can leave weird marks around the shoulders, especially on heavier jerseys. I switched to wider padded hangers and the shape stays way cleaner.Anyone else learned this the hard way?
