I just can't trust any briyani from any of the hotels in Madurai. Ordered from Ambur last week, the rice was overly cooked and not at all upto standards (what is there in Chennai, bglr etc). Last i ordered from Salem RR,had the same experience. Madurai hotel operators are just too casual tbh

I am genuinely surprised that not a single proper Hyderabadi Biryani hotel has opened in Madurai. Madurai definitely has the market to cater to is I feel
