9 weeks post op swelling

I’m 9 weeks post op from a full tummy tuck with no muscle repair. My left side has been more swollen than my right since day one and still feels quite hard, but there’s no pain or anything . Did anyone else experience this, and did it eventually soften and even out?

5 week post op wound

Hi all,

This is my wound 5 weeks post opp. The rest of it had healed perfect it’s just the middle of the main incision and my belly button that seem to be a bit slower. Since I am at 5 weeks now I’m just getting a little bit concerted especially about the belly buttons redness. I’m using a non stick dressing on the bit of the main incision and the over the belly button. I plan to see my doctor Monday for a wound checkup. What’s everyone’s thoughts on how it looks now?

3 weeks post op

Hi all,

I had a full tummy tuck 3 weeks ago. I’m a 19 year old male and had moderate loose skin after loosing 30kg over the past few years. I did have complications with red blood cells and needed two blood transfusions but I got over everything. I started retatrutide today, 3 weeks post op. I’m not an experienced glp user and only used it before for a month to see what the hype was about and to help me lose the final 10 pounds. It was extremely helpful. Anyway with not being active I did put on a few pounds as I’m eating extremely well to heal and ensure my blood cells continue to stabilise. I noticed fat gain around the face and body which I’m not a fan off so I decided Reta was the best option to help me to stay at maintenance calories and not go over because my appetite is extremely strong and without exercise is not feasible. Does anyone have any similar experience. Also when does ‘swell hell’ decrease? I know the swelling lasts for months but what about swell hell? Any other advice or tips are welcome on recovering. Thanks all.
