HDR problem in OLED laptop

Hey everyone the first pictures you're seeing are normal 1080p sdr while last 3 are from 4k HDR file of HP3 and 4.

I've a 4k OLED XPS 13 9310 and that's the main reason I bought this for it's display. When it comes to SDR it just looks amazing and have no problem. But when ever I go to HDR I face many problems.

The colours aren't washed out in fact they look more vibrant but the problem is brightness or bright scenes. The bright scenes really look so bright or white that I can't even see faces clearly.

In the last 2 pics during the scene I can see harry or Ron's face but when it comes to victor or fudge it gets weird .

I face the same problem with Dune 4k HDR. During the scene when they land on arrakis after leaving their homeworld . There's a dark scene inside their ship and that looks great but as the Shutter of ship opens and Paul's and his mother's face get bright In a good way . But as the shot comes when they see outside ( when some people are playing BAGPIPES and doing some march I can't even see them . The shot was Soo bright that it looks like there's nothing and as I low Brightness they become visible.

I've tried calibration for countless times . At last I come to the solutions like mpv and Potplayer. But still it becomes irritating as I generally use vlc . I'm tired of doing this change that change or download this app or player. I've been trying for past 2 days to solve this mystery and how to get a better view in HDR .

Also I watched HP3 in 4k HDR a d it looks great because most of the movie is dark gothic and atmospheric but 4th ones it a bit different.

I was thinking to post this on either dell XPS or some OLED community but I'm going for this I hope I could get some useful advice.
