Thoughts on max and lando as teammates?

Honestly something about max and lando being teammates seems off to me but also exiting

Do you guys think George Russell can turn things around and get back into the championship fight?

I know this is a tired take but last year around this time after Zandvoort basically everyone even some lando fans were already writing him off this championship after his dnf. At the same time some people were still confident he could turn it around. Do you guys think the exact same thing could happen with George this year or is his situation different?

I'm not saying that everyone rates him high this year, it's just that everyone gives him an excuse for everything. Even last year when his form was falling off mid season they still gave him excuses while they dont give other drivers the same grace?

Is oscar's hesitancy on strategy calls down to driver style or does he struggle to take control when he's off pace?

I know the pit wall ultimately makes the calls but I have noticed a pattern when mclaren asks the drivers for input, Oscar often sounds unsure on radio especially when the race isn't going his way or the pace is off?
