So after 2 years of playing on Bovada and reaching Platinum Level 2, I just randomly received a BVX invite and created my account.

I've done pretty well on Bovada, so I'm looking forward to the new experience. The rewards they offer are pretty insane after exploring the website a little bit.

Can anyone provide some insight on how to make the most out of the BVX experience? The only thing that disappointed me was no poker to play, but other than that it's a cool site so far and the rewards for bonus points are insane!

Let me know what the do's and don't are on BVX, promotional codes, etc..I'm really looking forward to playing on there!

I wish I could say I'm surprised, but these last few moths with Bovada have been terrible. Not only is the website not working half the time I try to log in, but support continues to deny there are any issues when clearly the good people of reddit have made countless complaints.

When will Bovada decide to be honest with their customers and treat them respectfully? Maybe it's time for a mass migration from Bovada to someplace else. They've done nothing but let everyone down, lie, disrespect customers, and refuse to acknowledge or fix the issues that have not only been an inconvenience, but have also cost people like me money that they refuse to refund regardless of photographic and video proof.

It's beyond ridiculous at this point.

They said they fixed it 5 times now. Guess not.

They literally just messaged everyone saying they fixed the issue, WHILE chat support was denying they'd gotten any complaints even though it was all over reddit for two days lol.

Seriously, it's time to switch I think. What the actual hell is wrong with this website...

Lol maybe they'll comp everyone again for being so consistently glitched out.
