As a new player and huge GL fan is it possible or even worth it to try and tank or heal with hardlight powers? If so is there a recommended artifact, etc. guide I'm not seeing? Trying to balance looks and fun IMO with group viability. :)

New player here (Xbox), trying to track down a purple or green Mearcian flame cape. Do these only tend to resurface in January-ish? I see a few in the broker but there's no way I'll make it to $2+mil before it's gone and I'm not seeing a set schedule anywhere. I tried one of the voidgazer resurgence capsules but they only appear to offer auras? Thanks!
