Help?

Hello I so i keep having this message pop out when I check for fafsa updates. I had went to the financial aid office and honestly the guy that was helping just said dont worry about that. I also sent a message through email and the website but still no response I went immediately the day after I saw the last update which was last month, but really got no help 😅. Can anyone tell me if I should be worried I assume their telling me this due to not accepting any loans thankfully I am being covered by federal and state help. (The message is under award package)

This is my first time receiving financial aid but im nervous I have been checking daily to make sure everything is in order. Is this normal? I did not accept any loans. Only pell grants, federal support, and state support.

Why is the transfer process so bad for me

I have been looking to transfer and reach out to the store I want go to and they said I can transfer anytime. I work in the pharmacy since I am a store Associate rx. So when I brought up transferring she said to give her time, its been a month and now she is not scheduling me anymore but when I asked if we can go ahead with my transfer she said no since she still hasnt found anyone to cover my shifts, again she has not schueduled me for the next three weeks. WHYY ISNT SHE LETTING ME JUST TRANSFER IF SHE IS NO LONGER SCHUEDLING ME. Im honestly just stressed since I am not bringing in money anymore and I need to pay bills. What do I do ?
