1,000-day streak on PrimeOpinion: Expectation vs. Reality 🤡

So, I finally did it. 1,000 days in a row of sharing my thoughts, answering surveys, and dodging disqualifications. I was half-expecting confetti to shoot out of my phone, or at least a digital high-five.Instead, I got... absolutely nothing. Just the same old "no surveys available" screen. 💀Turns out my extreme loyalty is rewarded with a grand total of zero bonus points. Anyone else hit this milestone and felt the urge to gently toss their phone out the window? 😂🤣

This makes me laugh!! PO: "This fees apply only to new requests, not past redemptions"

PO is stating the obvious. Of course these fees only apply to new requests—it would be highly illegal to retroactively charge fees on transactions that were already completed and closed weeks or months ago.

Increase cost

Until yesterday, July 27th, you used to charge 569 points for a €5 reward. Starting today, for the exact same amount, it costs 589 points plus a 29-point service fee. Don’t you think this is a bit too much???? To put this into perspective, this represents an 8.61% total increase overnight.

A sudden 8.61% price increase is completely disproportionate, especially without any prior notice to high-level users (40 level)

Marisol (Supporto)

Voglio ringraziare Marisol del supporto PO per aver preso in carico e risolto il mio problema di riscatto di € 5, è stata cortese e tempestiva nella risoluzione del problema. Stessa cosa non posso dire di Maria (sempre del supporto PO), scortese e per niente adatta a fornire supporto agli utenti! Grazie ancora Marisol!

Kantar

Kantar is the worst survey provider, it let you complete the entire survey (more than 200 points) taking about half an hour, and in the end, disqualify you by awarding you only few points. Don't waste your time with KANTAR.
