I can’t read sheet music and I have never roughed an instrument in my life. How hard would it be and how long would it take to be good enough to play a song like moonlight sonata or other classical longs like it. And is it possible to learn a few songs by memorizing them or do you need to go through and learn how to actually play piano?
I have gotten the hang of cooking eggs in stainless steel pans without them sticking but if I want to throw something in the pan like ground beef, onions, or peppers to cook before adding the eggs then the eggs form a thin layer of at the bottom of the pan. The rest of the eggs don’t stick just that bottom layer is stuck/ burnt to the bottom. Any tips on how to stop this? (I brought the pan up to leidenfrost temp before adding the onions etc. then brought the temp down before adding them)
