Chlorine stain on vintage shorts

My most perfect pair of shorts I found on Poshmark that fit me perfectly. A brand from the 80s-90s. While adding chlorine to the pool I somehow got it on my butt, idk how it happened. I’m considering dying the spots very carefully because I’d like to invisibly fix this, but I also welcome any suggestions that don’t bring so much attention to my backside 🤦‍♀️
I’m also considering having a pair made to these exact dimensions because they are such a perfect pair of shorts. 😭 I am so devastated

Informing drivers about vehicle issues

Is there a number to call about “reporting” cars that need to be serviced? For example: I drove behind a car today that clearly had their rear passenger tire incorrectly balanced. I’d LOVE to tell them, because mechanics can be shady and many people don’t know about tire balancing causing a shakiness while driving.

And how often do we see drivers with taillights out, etc? Often times, they don’t know because it’s behind them!

Nothing serious but it’d be nice to be able to tell the people you share a roadway with about a service they might need.
