How Utah commodified the southwest's drought/water conservancy and how vandalism can out-forest development

https://youtu.be/lQ-jdUGCxcc?is=xuodSszsqmnBKwtH

In a corrupt world, the good deed will always be illegal. This video, movement, and the people backing it is the irrefutable proof in the pudding that much like war, Utah is purposefully profiting off draining the entirety of the southwest's aquifers in the name of the mighty dollar, which in itself is a war against Earth as if it were to become uninhabitable, Utah would be the first! Just like the movie Rango, control the water, control the people!

Unlike the rich and elite in control of the water, the masses have wasted no time, money, or manpower in ensuring the techniques demonstrated in the video will be put into effect immediately due to the ignorance and negligence of city councils and their inability to do their job. Tucson is the perfect example of that the people's action is a forced hand, and despite being "illegal" they were swiftly deemed legal and adopted as requirements and blueprints for the city moving forth. If Utah city councils were on top of their game they'd have offered these solutions first before we the people have no other choice but to become vigilantes of the new wild west.
